thoughts on a rainy day

On Fiber-Arts Mixed Media many (I think mostly American, I think) refer to the term ETSY. I plucked up the courage to ask waht it means, and THEN decided to Google it. Nobody seems to know for sure. the closest explanation was Easy To Sell Yourself. there is also an Etsy site similar to bid-or-buy, but selling craft, hand-made and vintage items.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

My garden is loving the rain. It was so dry a month ago that we had to water the indigenous plants under the forest canopy - the first time in 15 years. Thank goodness for this lovely respite.
